Next up we have some very interesting ceramics from Brooklyn's Kristine Morich, who has a blog here, also, as a matter of fact.
At the show, she was displaying her Landscape tableware. These pictures are making me hungry:



Morich says she was inspired by natural landscapes and also Japanese food preparation. I quite like them. They're interesting, but in a very subtle, classy sort of way.
Not at the show, but to be found on her blog, are these ice cream dishes for a café in Rhode Island:
I think they're awesome. They look as if they're made of paper dripping with melting ice cream:
